- Snapshot VM jika zimbra berjalan di virtualisasi
- Full backup dengan menggunakan fitur native zimbra network edition
- Mencopy file /opt/zimbra

1. Pemeriksaan kesehatan Database Zimbra

2. Instal packages dependency

3. Pelaksanaan Upgrade Zimbra single server
